This is a customized, interactive training designed from a number of available training tools. This workshop focuses on all-around personal wellness, moving beyond self-care and into intentional wellness. Participants will leave this training with an understanding of what personal wellness means to them, some tools to strengthen their own personal wellness, and activities meant to invite self-reflection and shared wisdom as we share space and learn more about the strength our own personal wellness has in our daily personal and work lives. (2-hour mini-training or full 3-hour training)
